The University of Edinburgh Business School was delighted to host the sixth international conference on child and teen consumption. This conference aimed to generate insights into the experiences and challenges of child and teen consumption by fostering dialogue between academics from different disciplines and between academics, practitioners and policy-makers examining children and young people's lives through the lens of consumption.

This biennial Interpretive Consumer REsearch Workshop aimed to foster dialogue and debate on theoretical and methodological innovation in interpretive consumer research and examine the symbolic, socio-cultural, historical, ideological and experiential aspects of consumption.
